Stare Miasto

The historic heart of the city. You wake up a short walk from the Old Market Square, with lectures and the best cafes all within reach on foot.

Jeżyce

Poznań's most characterful district, full of cafes, little shops and old tenement charm. A favourite with students who want life on their doorstep.

Grunwald

Leafy and residential, with the medical university and big parks close by. Calm streets, good trams, easy to settle into.

Wilda

An up-and-coming district by the Warta river, with the sports university and riverside meadows for running and slow mornings.

Łazarz

No campus here, but the centre (UAM, UEP) and AWF are minutes away.

Dense, central and well connected, with great value and the city centre only minutes away. No campus of its own, but everything is close.

Winogrady

The fast tram (PST) runs straight to UAM Morasko and the centre.

Green and quieter, north of the centre. The fast tram (PST) gets you to the Morasko campus and downtown in minutes.

Rataje

No campus here, but Rondo Rataje is one of the city's main interchanges, so the centre is a direct tram ride.

Poznań on the other side of the river: big estates, wide green spaces between the blocks, and trams that reach the centre faster than most people expect.

Piątkowo

The PST fast tram runs along the district and goes straight up to the UAM Morasko campus.
