Browse the published listing details, prices and move-in information. If you would rather see the space first, request an in-person viewing.
Reserve it online
Pay a reservation fee securely through Stripe and the place is yours. It is held for you for 5 days — that is your time to read the lease and sign it — and the whole process stays online.
Your contact writes to you
Once you reserve, your personal contact at citymate emails you to arrange the details of your move-in and anything specific to your situation.
Sign the lease online
You get a link and simple instructions by email and sign the lease online in a few minutes, in Polish or English. You will need your passport, your contact details and an emergency contact.
Pay the deposit and first month
Before you collect the keys, you pay the deposit and the first month of rent. Clear amounts, set out up front.
Pick up your keys
Collect your keys from a secure lockbox, at any hour, even in the middle of the night after a late flight. You do not need anyone to be there to let you in.
When it says free, it is free.
Every place here is managed by us, so what the listing says is free, is free. When you reserve it, it is held for you — not offered to someone else while you wait for an answer.
A signed lease, in English, before you fly.
You get a signed lease, in English, before you fly. If your visa application needs proof of accommodation, that is the document you can use — and you can have it weeks before you arrive. We are not visa advisers; check the requirements with your consulate.
Arrive whenever, settle in straight away.
Your keys are waiting in the lockbox, so you can move in the moment you land, day or night. The next day your contact or a technician drops by to finish the practical bits, like the meter readings and the handover, so nothing is left hanging.

Want to stay longer? We keep an eye on your dates and reach out in good time with the terms to extend, so you never miss the window. When you do move out, there is a clear handover and your deposit comes back within 30 days. And while you are with us, we keep our word: we do not move the goalposts or end your lease early.
