Six steps from finding a place to moving in.
Find your place
Browse available rooms and flats with real photos, a clear price and the date they are free from. The photos are honest and the place is prepared, so plenty of tenants rent on the photos alone. If you would rather see it first, you can book a viewing, in person or over a video call.
Reserve it online
Pay a reservation fee securely through Stripe and the place is yours. No one else can take it while you finish the rest, and the whole process stays online.
Your contact writes to you
Once you reserve, your personal contact at citymate emails you to arrange the details of your move-in and anything specific to your situation.
Sign the lease online
You get a link and simple instructions by email and sign the lease online in a few minutes, in Polish or English. You will need your passport, your contact details and an emergency contact.
Pay the deposit and first month
Before you collect the keys, you pay the deposit and the first month of rent. Clear amounts, set out up front.
Pick up your keys
Collect your keys from a secure lockbox, at any hour, even in the middle of the night after a late flight. You do not need anyone to be there to let you in.
Arrive whenever, settle in straight away.
Your keys are waiting in the lockbox, so you can move in the moment you land, day or night. The next day your contact or a technician drops by to finish the practical bits, like the meter readings and the handover, so nothing is left hanging.

When you do move out, there is a clear handover and your deposit comes back within 30 days. And while you are with us, we keep our word: we do not move the goalposts or end your lease early.
