citymate is the renting brand of a Poznań team that has been letting rooms and flats since 2017. We started it because finding a place in a city you don't know yet is harder than it should be, and we were sure it could feel calmer, clearer and fairer.
We are a Poznań team that has spent years on one thing: renting rooms and flats, done right. Since 2017 we have housed more than a thousand tenants, most of them students and young people arriving from another city or another country.
Renting somewhere you don't know yet is stressful. Listings that turn out to be fake, deposits that never come back, contracts written to catch you out. We built citymate so none of that is your problem. The places are real and ready, your lease is with a company you can hold to account, and someone picks up when you call, in Polish or English.
We are not an agency that vanishes once the keys change hands. We look after the home, and after you, for the whole time you stay.
