These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the website available at citymate.pl (and its subpages). Use of this website is subject to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Service

This website is informational in nature. Its purpose is to present the citymate offer, explain how the rental process works, and direct prospective tenants to the appropriate next steps.

Listing searches and rental enquiries are handled through a separate portal available at rent.citymate.pl. The rental agreement itself is a separate legal contract concluded directly between the tenant and Cityroom Sp. z o.o. It is available in Polish and English and can be signed electronically before the tenant arrives in Poznań.

No payments are made through this marketing website. Any deposits, rent, or other payments connected with a rental agreement are processed through Stripe via the rental portal.

The presence of a room or flat listing on this website or the rental portal does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense. Availability is confirmed separately during the enquiry process.
