An ordinary week in Rataje
Everything practical is inside the estate: shops at the foot of the blocks, a health centre, a gym, a market. Malta lake is where the district walks, runs and skates in summer; the shopping centre next to it covers the rest. Evenings are quiet, which is either the reason you moved here or the reason you should not.

If you want to walk out of the door into a bar, this is the wrong district — the centre is a tram ride, not a stroll. The architecture is concrete and repetitive, and if that bothers you, it will keep bothering you. But you will pay less here than across the river for more space.
