What is included in the rent for a room?

How much is the deposit and when is it returned?
The deposit is shown on every listing, usually about one month's rent. After you move out and the handover is signed, citymate returns it within 30 days, minus any damage beyond normal wear. The exact amount is always stated in your contract before you sign.
Who do I sign the rental contract with?
You sign directly with a registered company, not a private individual, so there is a real party you can hold accountable. You read the full contract and see who you sign with before you pay anything. The signature happens online, in Polish or English.
